This is the second in the series and I haven't read the first but I followed enough of the story. The plot itself was interesting and I found the conclusion very clever. I struggled with Rosie and Sam though they just didnt intrigue me as much as I'd hoped. Rosie especially. An interesting mystery but not enough for me. #TeamSlaughter #Scareathlon @Clwojick. This book was okay. It‘s been probably 2 years since I read the 1st book, so I forgot some stuff. Rosie was kind of annoying at the beginning of this book but thankfully mellowed out.

Rosie and Sam are hired to investigate a haunting/ghost at a restaurant where a murder happened. I don‘t know if I‘ll continue reading this series.

Needed something simple to read today. I don‘t have a ton of mental capacity after visiting the wineries on Long Island for my birthday Saturday!

Finally made it back home and am now watching the Patriots and reading.
