Better and better—this series is so good. Crime is at the center of every story, of course, but what really makes this series work is the setting—Minnesota—and, most of all, the characters who are flawed and so very, very human. Krueger is a fantastic writer and I can‘t wait to read the next book. (So glad I‘ve only just started the series and have another 15 or so to read!)

4 of 20. It is interesting to be this far into the series. The characters are developing more. And there are new characters coming and going too. The stories have some twists and turns but they are surely enjoyable. This one had an interesting religious undertone that added to the story.

Just finished "Blood Hollow" by William Kent Krueger, addicted to this series.

Love this series!

Picked this up on Wednesday and have just inhaled it-mostly while at work while the boss was out!

If you like mystery series, this is definitely a series to check out.

I'm really enjoying this series on audiobook. The narrator does a great job. The characters are compelling and the mysteries are always interesting.

Once again my fitness app only mapped one of my walks, so I included a picture of the Stand With Ukraine Conqueror challenge that I just finished. The top left picture is a Google Maps picture in Ukraine from the challenge. The others are the Japanese Garden and the botanical garden. #audiowalk

I really like this series, but Cork can be an idiot. In the beginning of this book, he‘s on a search & rescue team looking for a missing girl. A blizzard is coming, so the sheriff orders the team back in. Cork doesn‘t listen and gets caught in the blizzard. This is my new walking book. We didn‘t get the horrible weather that was predicted, but we did get high winds & rain. I was surprised things weren‘t wetter then they are. #audiowalk

I got my booster yesterday and slept off and on until 2 pm today 🙀 Then I woke up and read this entire book. All in all not a bad day.

This book from the Cork O‘Connor mystery series is a wild ride that starts with a murder on New Year‘s Eve. I really like this series.

I enjoyed this book - had to hurry and finish it as the hold for the next book in the series became available from my library. The ending seemed a bit rushed and thrown together but it‘s a solid 3.5 rounded up to 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
