Another good #Readyourkindle pick! Red witches are being hunted and our FMC Remy is hiding her true identity. The Prince is using her for his own gain. There are fated mates, magical amulets, a looming war, witches and fae and some twists and turns I did not see coming. I loved the world building and the characters. Will definitely be reading the next book in the series! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The 5 kingdoms of Okrith are ruled by fae but the High Mountain Court was exterminated by the Northern Court king. Remy may be the last red witch from there as he has a bounty on them so she has lived in hiding until a prince of the Eastern Court asks her to help his mission to counter the Northern Court king. Lots of fun and teen romance, though not the highest quality writing. My e-library book expired 1/2 way through - have to wait to find out

humouress Forget teen romance; it turns excessively steamy later on. I'd like to know where the story goes though the writing is still rocky and it did drag a bit (edited) 1y

Done! Fun fantasy adventure with some pretty cringey soft core porn. Still letting my mum borrow it. And reading the next book.

Got bored waiting for my plane in Edinburgh. Took some book pics for no apparent reason.

But this book is quite good, so heads up.

If you're a fan of the Blood and Ash series by Jennifer Armentrout, or even A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah Maas. You may love this duology as well!

In a realm where red witches are hunted, one will unite with some unlikely allies to find out who she truly is.

I recommend for anyone interested in fantasy/fey fiction.

📚📖Happy Reading!📖📚

While I do rate this 4 stars, I really don‘t think I‘m gonna read the second book… it was good don‘t get me wrong, but I don‘t really want to read it.
