Since it‘s the last weekend for Michigan Renaissance Festival, this book (a play on words) came to mind for the prompt. Especially since there‘s a night of passion in this fun and humorous book!

It was okay, but I thought MC was a bit annoying and side characters too stereotypical. I would love to have more fiction renaissance reading. This one just didn‘t hit the mark. I need more jousting for sure.
Rest of my weekend will be busy so not sure I‘ll be reading with the same vigor but I‘m trying for a bingo! 🤪

Attended the RenFest, again, but this time on High Seas Adventure weekend, aka PIRATES ☠️⚓️⚔️, with the writing girls, including @beccaeve on the far left and @Teah on the far right and me in the middle!!!

This book was a great sexy and funny read.
Will definitely be in the look out for another one from this author

Attended a #RenFest indoors, today; MidWinter Pleasure Faire, at Gibraltor Trade Center, MI. They had live #jousting, even got a piece of a broken lance (pronounced laaaance-A Knight's Tale lol) and live sword/broadsword fighting!!!
This book, Hard Day's Knight, is about a jousting troop and the shenanigans the protagonist gets herself into; its funny and witty; MacAlister does a superb job!
