TieDyeDude OMG, I am listening to David Grohl's The Storyteller and I am kinda glad it came out before Hawkins' death. Grohl is so eloquent and emotionally intelligent. I'm just getting to some of the Foo Fighters stuff now, and he talks about his bandmates, and especially Hawkins, with such love. 1mo

David recorded this track for his Station to Station album as it was a favourite of his by Nina Simone, who was having financial difficulties at the time, so David thought she would benefit from the royalties. Sadly, he didn't check the songwriting credits as Nina hasn't written it! I don't know if he helped her out another way - I'd like to think so. 2mo
