So close to getting 2 bingos it hurts. Completed this month‘s #DoubleSpin in the actual month it what chosen, so that‘s a win. ⭐️ I was expecting it to just be a joke book and the jokes are funny. I think my favorite line was “I am a Virgo. If you hadn‘t suspected that on some level, That‘s on you. Who publishes a list of insults? That‘s Virgo shit.” 😄 ⬇️

Yes, the book goes out to make fun of men. Yes, it gets funny. No, I would not recommend- as even the book states - use in real life scenarios. I got this so I would have fun ways to jab back at my guy friends. Which, honestly, it would totally be best for. Granted, this book is written by a man. Still a fun read; just use to your own discretion and safety. Not my sense humor.

As long as Internet platforms have risen to popularity, we‘ve been translating the greatest hits to amuse those not chronically online. This was a reminder we used to pay for the free witticisms that land better on tiktok. However, facing not having the app anymore, it‘s a reminder this kind of content isn‘t going anywhere. There is an attempt at the end to add more profound ponderings, and, while appreciated, they‘re not fully developed.

If you enjoyed Prue's video series, you'll enjoy this. It's a collection of funny vaguely insulting statements with descriptions of how (or why) to use them for maximum effect. I thought the ending was particularly strong when Prue describes patriarchy as a series of boxes we're all put in.
