Such a pretty little book! Soft leather cover. I bought it for my youngest kiddo for Christmas, and now, of course, I'm reading it ;)

While searching once again for a book to post for a challenge prompt, I found this book that I had purchased a while ago at a Library Book Sale. I decided to use it to continue my personal challenge to read a poem each day. When I opened the book, I gasped to see it was inscribed to Diana (my name) from Mommy ( who is no longer on Earth)! The only snafu is that I unfortunately do not celebrate Hanukkah! #messagefromheaven

I have had this book since middle school. It is one of those #gifts I will never part with even though I now have nicer collections of Dickinson's poetry and I haven't spoken to the person who have this to me in around 20 years. It just makes me smile when I come across it,read the inscription, and am instantly transported back to Madame Alcott's French class. #gypsykatsbirthdayweek
