pickBook 3 in Iles‘ wonderful Penn Cage series. The series is set in real-life Natchez, where the author is from, and I kind of want to go there now just to see it all in person. This book was definitely not short on villains or twists and turns, and ends on a cliffhanger. I have already read books 4-6, which constitute the Natchez Burning trilogy, but now I want to read them again! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is such a great book by Greg Iles! He is such an amazing author so really you can‘t go wrong reading any of his!

pickYowzas! Best one so far! Oh man, I can't say enough good about this book, it was that good. Even though I knew there were 3 more in the series, I was still a little hurt when it was not a perfect happy ever after for Penn. I have other reading to do so the Natchez Trilogy will have to wait until vacation on the 17th, but that will be really hard.
Every time I pick up a Penn Cage book I get a little stressed about the page count. Then it flies by because they are so good! Here's to fun #summerreads
