I first read this book nearly 20 years ago. Even with the controversy over whether it‘s a true memoir, it‘s still a reckoning of a story. The intensity, the emotion, the rawness and messy humanity-it all holds up. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Book #93 in 2025

While there was an understandably high amount of Real Housewives included in this book, I enjoyed the sentiments of being ourselves and making our own way in the world. Nothing better than being the person you want to be with no apologies. #93-2022

22 #93 The final book in this series. I didn‘t care for this one as much as the other two. I listened on Audible so I‘m not sure if it was the narrator or what. But I simply did not connect to protagonist. And I was not invested in her love interest. The plot was interesting, but character development was lacking.

Wow! This book was amazing! To all my fairytale retelling lover friends: you have to read this! It‘s a retelling of Sleeping Beauty with great twist. Rose wakes up in her stasis tube after a teenage boy accidentally activates the revitalize sequence. She‘s been asleep for 62 years. Her family is dead and she has to adjust to this world. Great! #100YEARS100BOOKS #93 #BookSpinBingo #BS 20 #BFC21 #7 #TAILSandTALESforADULTS #20 #FAIRYTALECHALLENGE

This book sounded good. A few people suggested I listen to the audiobook. I was underwhelmed. I swear, but the vulgar language in this book really distracted from the story in my opinion. I can‘t really say I enjoyed it even though I thought it was an intriguing idea to tell the story from the stalker‘s point of view. ⭐️⭐️
