He doesn‘t like to read, but with Griselda‘s help he‘s going to find a book just for him. But first they must have a little fun and magic in the bookshop. This book was lovely, and the illustrations are adorable.

A charming, reflective picture book celebrating family heritage and Japanese-American culture with beautiful illustrations. It was sweet seeing this intergenerational day of making mochi and reflecting on loved ones who passed away. As a bonus, I always love food illustrations. #PictureBook #Japan #Mochi

this book would be a good read if you have just a little time to fill during your school day. It also teaches students about the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Also could be evolved into a cool hands-on activity with all the different types of pasta.
