3 ⭐When you have a kid that won‘t go to sleep, and you tell him to count sheep this is the book you get. Our little person is determined not to go to sleep, and their mom says count the sheep. When they get to 68 the sheep does not want to be counted. And the kid gets to experience what mom experiences when it‘s time to go to bed. This book was fine.

This adorable little book is about a little girl who goes out one night with her grandmother to see the moon. They blow kisses to it, and when it begins to snow, the child thinks the moon is blowing kisses of its own, back to her. A magical, lighthearted book for anyone who loves the cold, snow, and moonlit nights. 🌨️🌚❄️

Two bunnies, one named Pip one made named Bun are outside. Pip wants to read, and Bun wants to play. But stories are boring, so Bun doesn‘t want to read with Pip. But Pip is a smart bunny and finds a perfect way to convince Bun that stories are fun. Altogether this was a perfect read. The story was lovely. This is a book librarians will read over and over again.

Texreader The artist is also magnificent!!! 1mo
LibrarianRyan @Texreader I agree. That‘s part of my longer review. I love these illustrations. 1mo

Walkies: A Dog's Tale | Estrela Loureno

⭐ 🌟 ⭐ 🌟5 ⭐
This book is a master class in wordless storytelling. This book is about a dog that needs to be walked, and the kid that doesn‘t want to walk them. Unlike some books where every single page is different this book both has one and double page illustrations as well as a page of graphic novel, like illustrations that move the smaller points of the story through faster.

LibrarianRyan The color combination, the line work, the color work, all go together to make this one of my favorite wordless picture books ever. I hope this one stays on Library shelves for a very long time. 3mo

4 ⭐ This is a wonderful look. It‘s about various types of plants and a little girl who receives new ones frequently. The rhyme that tells the story is well done and perfect for the audience. The little plant tags with the types of plants are a genius idea that goes perfect with the story.

2.5 ⭐This book is half done. The author does a decent job rhyming and while this story has a cadence there was about four cadences that the author switches around. The illustrations feel old-fashioned but at the same time go well with the story. However, the story ends in the middle of nowhere. It feels like the book isn‘t finished. However if it were to get an ending, it would probably be too long.

3 ⭐ This book is long. It is about a grandpa bear and a cub. The cub sees the postcard that‘s always been on his grandfather ‘s fridge and ask him about it. And they decide they are going to train and get ready to go to Faraway Valley. Once they finally find faraway valley, grandpa decides to stay because the place is beautiful and he wants to help take care of it. This book is overly long for no reason.
