EDIT: Jess from the future (July 6th 2021) has read both and has neither hated nor enjoyed them. Life is hard.

pickSolid sequel to #carvethemark and conclusion to this duology, #thefatesdivide provides come great, complex character arcs (though I do wish the voices were more distinct).
so-soAfter finishing the book I can say I‘d definitely pick up the sequel, but I don‘t know if this is one I‘d rec to anyone at work (I work in a bookstore). I almost gave up after the first few chapters, and I‘m not a huge fan of Roth‘s writing style, but this is a huge improvement from the Divergent series. #carvethemark
