My first Dickens novel and probably not my last. I have both A Tale of Two Cities and Great Expectations on my TBR shelf. Maybe I‘ll get to them in the next year. 📚

I enjoyed watching Scrooge‘s transformation from a miserly curmudgeon into a generous man with a kind soul!🥰

Once again I have completely underestimated myself. (I‘ve really got to work on that) I thought I would struggle to read 52 books in a year, yet here I am, just four books away from doubling it, with 4 weeks and a day (2.5 of weeks and a day off from work) to finish them in. So, basically, a book a week for the next month. Seeing that I‘ve been doing more than that all year, I‘ve got this. #bookaweekchallenge #2018readingchallenge #overachiever

So in a week, I have managed to read 13 books since I last posted about how bad I was doing with my reading challenge. These are combination of audiobooks and graphic novels, but regardless of what type of book it is, I‘m just glad that I was able to make such progress in a week, this is a lot for me. I might be able to met my goal before the year is up.
