I get why everyone loves this book.

The fast‑paced, dark dystopian saga continues. Rebellion pits against oppression - the exact reason why I loved the original story.
The emotional intensity, bleak atmosphere, and high‑stakes drama kept me engaged and I finished this in two sittings.

In short:
Hamish's redemption and a true testament that Snow really doesn't have a heart.

Enchanted_Bibliophile I love how we get to meet the key players from the first book and see how they've always been apart of the bigger plan.
And all the small subtle things; like Hamish and Maysilee sitting in the clump of katniss.
Collins truly outdid herself! 3d

I can‘t wait to read this , it‘s been on the book shelf since it was released , but currently re reading hunger games with my youngest for the first time so waiting to read it with them 😁, can‘t wait! Glad you enjoyed it , definitely worth having a hard copy, they have released some lovely hardbacks for the whole HG series ☺️ 2d
