My grandma read the Eloise books to me. Eloise lives at The Plaza Hotel in New York and is precocious. I loved her dearly (although I do remember thinking Eloise in Moscow was a bit boring).

pickEloise is fantastically mischievous. I feel bad in a way that she doesn't have any other children to play with. The fact that she lives in the Plaza can't help. They seem to cater to her every whim. She seems to be living her best life running amuck around the Plaza.
