First book of the year and I am already wondering if it ruined my capability of enjoying another one? I loved it so much and I am in total post reading coma after finishing it. I honestly didn‘t expect anything out of it and I was surprised how much I liked it. Kya‘s story is one of those that you want to tell everyone about and on the other hand you don‘t want to tell anyone because you want to keep her to yourself. #firstpost #firstbookoftheyear

The Lord of the Rings: One Volume | J.R.R. Tolkien

I feel like for a first ever post LOTR is the best way to go. I love the movies, enjoyed reading The Hobbit and now I‘m working through The Fellowship of the Ring. It‘s a little bit tough because I‘m not a Frodo fan 🤦🏻‍♀️ but I‘m willing to try to understand his character out of my huge respect for Tolkien 💖 #LOTR#Tolkien#fantasy#firstpost
