I got one last Gamache re-read in before I dive into Grey Wolf. This is the last one before the 💩really hits the fan. The ending still shocks me to this day. #FoodAndLit #Canada

Hurray! It‘s like Xmas came early! Thank you, @mcctrish for all the Canadian style treats. I will enjoy them while binging Chief Inspector Gamache novels this month as this is the most correct way to celebrate #Canada month for #FoodAndLit I believe😅🍁

Another awesome read in the Gamache series. He‘s absolutely one of my favorite literary characters ♥️ #readyourkindle (catching up 😂)

5th in the series & so far this is the 1 I have enjoyed the most! I‘m eager to continue the series. I liked that there was more focus on the investigation earlier on. Even though it was the longest 1 yet, it didn‘t feel that way while listening! If you liked the previous in the series, you will definitely enjoy this 1!
This made for a good listen! It was nice to learn more about Peter and his family. I thought it was a way to switch it up from always being in 3 Pines. It was a lot of new characters to keep up with which can be challenging when listening to it. I didn‘t really have much of a reaction to the whodunit aspect. I enjoyed the dysfunctional family dynamics in the Morrows. As always Gamache solves the case with grace and intelligence. Eager for number 5
