It was interesting at first but it seemed to be the same thing happening over & over again. Like you said @Librarybelle , at least Nancy doesn‘t speak Dutch! But of course she could speak “finger language”. 🙄 These books are so ridiculous but fun lol. 3⭐️
My very messy February list. I‘m working on reading down my TBR, various challenges, and getting ready for #TournamentofBooks2025. My free spaces will be devoted to more #TOB2025, my big stack of ARCs, and of course the #NancyDrewBuddyRead. February is a short month but my list is long. Just saying I could use another blizzard.
I picked up my library hold on the tagged book which finally came in on Saturday & also grabbed some Hawaii speculative fiction stories & Nancy Drew #12 for #NancyDrewBuddyRead
At the library bookstore 1/2-off sale I got The Library Book (which is on my #TBR), 2 seasonal cozies (1 for #HauntedShelf ) & our #ChildrensClassicRead2024 October pick The Witch of Blackbird Pond for the grand total of $3.50 so that‘s a win! 📚 The book🐔🐔approve! 😉
I‘m so excited! Apparently the version I ordered from Thrift Books is a 1934 copy, and someone wrote in it! (Then someone‘s grandma crossed it out and gave it to Katie but whatever.) Looking forward to next month‘s #NancyDrewBuddyRead
