A little late posting my board by here it is. My #bookspin is a NetGalley ARC and #doublespin is a much anticipated October new release. The board looks very kind, so maybe I‘ll manage a #bookspinbingo even if I don‘t read a ton this month. 🤞🏻

Why, yes...I did have another very difficult month (life-wise), so it certainly impacted my reading....meaning no #bookspinbingo. I'm hopeful that I'm finally starting to slide out of my funk and enjoy reading again!

Here‘s how I did on my September #bookspinbingo list. I only read I Am Ozzy by Osbourne for the #princeofdarknessreadalong for the entire month and it‘s the only book I finished reading. I started reading the September short story for the #christiescapers buddy read but I‘ll finish it in October.

My reading in September was all over the place, and I had a little trouble staying focused on a book. Still, I finished 9 books, including my #BookSpin. I really liked This Motherless Land and Story of a Murder. Matriarch was good too, having finally come in for me at the library.

September was a great month of reading. Multiple #bookspinbingo. For some reason, I gravitated to the lighter reads which isn't my usual go-to. The House Witch series was no where near my radar until the first book popped up as bonus borrow on Hoopla. Then I burned through the series in just a two weeks.

I loved this month's #bookspin and #doublespin reads. I get the hype around Dungeon Crawler Carl now.

No bingo for me in September's #BookSpinBingo , but there were bright spots: I finished the #BookSpin and #DoubleSpin reads, one of which was my priority read for September. No #ReadYourEbooks completed, but I am about halfway through Black Sun, which gives me a head start on October

September was a slumpy month, thanks partly to life stuff, and partly to the firehose of insanity that has been the daily news. We'll see what October brings: I hope the terror will be mostly imaginary. But, alas, I expect otherwise, so I'm stuffing the list with shorter reads, including a few seasonal John Sinclair Heftromane.
