so-soDecent read. It's good as a broad introduction to the history of the Normans. The book covers several different historical events, such as William the Conqueror, the Norman conquest of Sicily, and the 1st Crusade. However, I feel that the author tries to cover too much material in too short of a book. As a result, several events aren't covered in as much detail as they could've been.
My score is 11/100 and none of them stands out as a particular favorite. Yes, I‘m counting that I watched The Longest Day when I was eight years old, even though I slept through most of it. Perhaps I‘ll revisit it now that I understand the subject matter more! #TLT

I finally started this book while I finished coloring a picture on my iPad. So far, it‘s interesting. I like the narrator‘s voice but I felt like it was too slow so I sped it up from 1.00x to 1.25x and it‘s better. I don‘t feel like I‘m going to fall asleep listening to the narrator now but I don‘t feel like I‘m invested in the story yet.
