I gave these books a pick as enjoyable #palatecleansers interspersed with a couple of heavy reads. Both are from the library.
Both books are more romantic than mystery.Both feature strong,independent,working woman,satisfied with lives. In The Love Remedy,Lucy is an apothecary & healer.In The Matchmaker‘s Lonely Heart,Amelia dispenses advice to Lonely Heart letter writers in the Marriage Gazette.Both team up with a man who eventually becomes a 🔽

A couple of #garish comedic novels exploring the female predicament. I quite enjoyed these #palatecleansers

When my TBR is getting too heavy or I just need a fun romp, these authors are my go-to #PalateCleansers! The world would be dark place without #MollyHarper #KatieMacAlister #LynsaySands or #VickieLewisThompson! These dames and their books are quite simply the best!
