pickGreat book for those with social anxiety. I felt so seen throughout most of this book. I loved how all the advice was backed up with science and how social anxiety was explained at its core. It allowed me to understand this is how I am and not some unknown subconscious trauma while providing me with the strategies to not let it impact my daily life. The book can be boring in parts but there is substance throughout.
I‘m posting one book a day from my massive collection. No description, no reason for why I want to read it (some I‘ve had so long I don‘t even remember why!). Feel free to join in!

pickI‘m late to the party with this….but this book is fantastic. I don‘t think I‘ll ever forget Demon Copperhead. It‘s touched on so many devastating social issues but remained uplifting!
