This book was wonderful. Reading it I felt so nostalgic because it had a message almost all of us could relate to. The struggle of fitting in and being included in the “popular” group is a very real one and I think it was portrayed beautifully in this book. #stargirl #realisticfiction

Sresendez12 I went through a Jerry Spinelli phase when I was younger and read almost all of his books back to back. I‘m headed to the library this afternoon and plan to pick up one or two of his books! 7y

It's been awhile since I've listened to an audiobook. It makes perfect sense that I should, seeing that I have a long commute. I guess it's because I never really liked being read to. I've always preferred reading to myself. Anyone else like that? At any rate, this one is narrated by John Ritter. ReadingEnvy I like Bronson Pinchot. Colin Firth is amazing but I think has only read one. James Marsters (Spike from Buffy!) reads the Dresden Files and is perfect for that. 8y

Purrfectpages Which book did you get @Ms_T? @ReadingEnvy @sprainedbrain I didn't know Bronson Pinchot was known for his audio book narrations. What are some of the titles he's done? 8y

ReadingEnvy @Purrfectpages I first heard him with some Patricia Highsmith stories but he also did the second of the Southern Reach trilogy. And a bunch of.others I haven't heard. 8y

Mariposa_Bookworm Audiobooks are not my favorite but they are growing on me. I'd definitely listen to this one read by John Ritter. He was one of my faves. I loved him as the voice of Clifford the Big Red Dog, too. 8y
