Fall has finally hit in western Maryland & it‘s pretty spectacular. Driving around quickly reminds me that we live in a pretty rural area. View of the mountains (not sure what mountains they are) from our neighborhood. Now time to start over posting with all the book reviews I need to catch up on.
Good book to discuss fall with students. I like how the forest creatures were incorporated in the book
The leaf thief was happening in real time and squirrels got to learn all about fall
This is an adorable book about a squirrel who thinks someone is stealing his leaves. It turns out this happens every year during autumn and his bird friend puts his mind at ease. 4⭐️
Also using this for the book scavenger hunt for autumn.

Don‘t forget the great books too! I am excited about the Texas cozy mystery, I hadn‘t heard of it before. I‘m from Texas and I love a good cozy! I didn‘t know about the Evvie Drake book either, I‘m excited to see what it is about. I will have to get a picture with Penelope and her goody bag (so so sweet thank you!) tomorrow.
Thank you so much for the #fallingforfall box of awesome goodies such as coffee, candies, a travel mug (much needed!), and other goodies. And thank you ladies for setting and hosting it! I know it takes a lot of hard work!
