pickThis author isn‘t afraid to get messy when it comes to emotions and romance. I found Channing and Heather to be engaging characters. I love romance where the characters have known each other since childhood. It adds a nice layer of understanding when it comes to complex emotions later.

After all the BS happening this past week in Texas, reading how a female character is a shitty human because she wanted an abortion just rubs me the wrong way.
