I adored every second of this book. The relationships between characters are so well fleshed out and intricate. The way in which it explored love, longing and anguish is incredible.

“No mother could have nursed an only child more devotedly than Edgar tended her. My first time reading this, I was under the impression this was a romance 💀 , I was really surprised how much I disliked everyone, I really hated Heathcliff, he was so UNRELENTING. Great ending, great gothic tale of revenge. I‘m happy about Cathy and Hareton. I want to watch an adaptation now but there are so many, what‘s the best adaptation? Grateful for any suggestions!🖤
My late Aunt gave this to me years ago, and since she's passed, it's made it that much more special to me. 💕
