Why does library book time seem to go twice as fast as regular time?! It seems like I'm just saying hello to a book, when I turn around & have to say goodbye to it. I'm trying finish this one up before it goes back next week. The Impossible Fairy Tale: A Novel | Han Yujoo

This book was almost a #hellogoodbye for me, meaning I wanted to bail by page 3. But something is drawing me in and motivating me to find out what the hell is happening between Mia and The Child. Made it to page 40 and still struggling, but I‘m powering through. This is from last years #tbrbingo... determined to make it happen!

emilyhaldi I just hate-read the rest of this book 🙄 @batsy @Kalalalatja I do NOT recommend trying this one... it‘s so absurdly bizarre. Imagine a chapter where every object is described using “brick” ...”the brick breeze and the brick sandwich made me pull up the brick blanket to my brick face”... etc etc. Is this a form of art I just cannot comprehend? Perhaps. But I don‘t want to. 6y
