Loved this cookbook! I‘ve tried a couple of recipes now but these mini veggie frittatas were the bomb and really healthy! #BookspinBingo #litsycooks @TheAromaofBooks

TheAromaofBooks Woohoo!!! 2mo
Tamra Serendipity! I have this checked out from the library. I am eyeing the lemon cornmeal scones & the sauces/dressings. Unfortunately my kids won‘t eat most of the veggies the book features. 😩 2mo
IndoorDame I cook from her blog a ton! I‘ve heard the cookbook is excellent! 2mo
Megabooks @Cinfhen gave me this and I love it!! 2mo

I love adding some fresh new recipes to our menu planning each year. This one has a bonus of having healthy recipes that look easy to make. I‘m currently making the components for a chicken and roasted veggies quinoa salad that I can take to work all week. #litsycooks

Tamra Yum! This is yet another I need to get off my shelves and use more. 3mo

This cookbook is amazing! Simple, healthy recipes with personal stories shared in between. I‘ve tried several so far and all have been amazing! Last night we had the zucchini fritters and I can‘t wait for the leftovers for lunch today. #litsycooks

Loved this cookbook! Healthy, easy recipes that taste great! I made the Tuna Nicoise Bowl (pictured) last week and loved it! #litsycooks

Cailey_Mac Yumm! 😍 did you have a set of seasonings that you used for a lot of the dishes? 4y
Julsmarshall @cailey_mac Most of them call for seasonings we had on hand. This week we are trying the bowl with sweet potatoes and brussels sprouts 😋 4y
Cailey_Mac @Julsmarshall gotcha! I‘m still building up my spices but I have the basics; it just seems whenever I follow a new recipe it calls for a seasoning I don‘t have 😅 4y
Julsmarshall Makes sense, I don‘t think there were too many strange ones 😄 4y

Not book related, but I need the hive mind. Who has an induction range, and do you like it? I need to replace my range and we don‘t have gas in our neighborhood. Love to hear pluses and minuses. Thanks in advance. #needadvice #litsycooks

Bookwormjillk Half of my range is induction. It‘s nice for cooking but drives me nuts that not all of my pans work on it. 4y
Lcsmcat @Bookwormjillk So it‘s half induction, half gas? Or half coil? I haven‘t seen one like that. 4y
Tamra I want the pictured stove! 4y
Lcsmcat @Tamra If I had that I wouldn‘t be stove shopping! 4y
LibrarianRyan We had one in my mothers house. Hated it! Replaced with a coil. It never got hot enough to boil water in all the pans, but stayed too hot to touch for quite a whole once we were done. 4y

Tamra I would say usually all week - I guess that‘s the upside to living in a small town with few ethnic choices, otherwise it would be dangerous for the bank account and my weight. 😂 Yay for corn on the cob! 😋 5y
tournevis We have home cooked on most days, but I aim to cook on five days a week only, with one meal from take out at most. I usually cook many portions at a time, planning for plenty of leftovers and lunches. We had meatloaf tonight, but we'll also have meatloaf for lunch tomorrow. I try to have a cooking day, either Saturday or Sunday, every week. 5y
CarolynM I'm the weeknight cook, my husband often cook on weekends. 5y
Crazeedi Practically every night, sometimes it's leftovers from previous. We rarely eat out, in fact we had corn on the cob tonight!!💕 5y
Tamra @tournevis I too love big batches & leftovers! 5y
Tamra @CarolynM lucky you! 5y
CouronneDhiver None? Lol I suck at cooking 5y
TheBookHippie @Tamra I cook all week all meals and pack lunches ! 🤣 corn on the cob a favorite of mine!!! 5y
TheBookHippie @CouronneDhiver 🤣 it‘s not for everyone. My daughter just stops by with a plate 😳🤣 5y
TheBookHippie @Crazeedi I adore summer corn! 5y
Shvonne Depends on the week. Some weeks 2- 3 times, others not at all. #singleLife 5y
TheBookHippie @Shvonne if I were single it‘d be the same!!! 5y
TheBookHippie @tournevis I love leftovers. I‘m the only one though!!! I love cooking huge batches! 5y
tournevis @TheBookHippie I don't know why people don't like leftovers. It's like they want to waste, they like to waste. Don't get it. 5y
TheBookHippie @tournevis I know right?!?!?!? Ugh 5y
