pickThis book changed my life. There was a story about how a cardiac patient found that her #ulcerativecolitis improved when she went on his diet. I was intrigued & did some research. I‘d been med free for years but had lingering symptoms. I decided to go #glutenfree & the symptoms almost immediately resolved. Each colonoscopy I had after had better & better results. Now instead of colonoscopies every 1-2 years, I get to go 5 years. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
