I loved “The House in the Cerulean Sea” and am excited to read this one.

I love my first books from my first book box. So thrilled to get Imaginary Friend and I look forward to reading Last Looks!
Finished Supermarket, 4 stars, and now until this one. I am also listening to Dust and Shadow by Lyndsay Faye from my library app.
Currently reading...so far this is a fantastic book. I can‘t wait to finish it and yet at the same time I hope it never ends.
Birthday gifts...I love being surrounded by amazing books. Can‘t wait to read these.
Finished Trollhunters and now on the this beauty...
Robin Williams is my all time favorite actor/comedian/celebrity. His death was shocking and devastating. His work was brilliant, and beautiful and for me life altering. He is truly missed...always. Here is a link to a blog I wrote about him... https://www.goodreads.com/author_blog_posts/6815633-robin-williams-suicide-and-t...
Finishing up this series...I really like Darren Shan. I have read his Demonata series and The City Trilogy and a few others. After reading this I wish they had done better with the movie...
I decided on this one...my son loves the show and I love Guillermo Del Toro. So win win...
Have you ever had so much you want to read that you end up not being able to pick your next book?
Two Christmas gifts...Christmas isn‘t Christmas until you get a Stephen King book and a new writing journal. Here‘s to reading great books and writing more in 2019! Happy New Year all!

I love the twists and turns of a well done mystery. And this one did not disappoint. 4/5
Agatha Christie is literally making fun of the genre she writes in, by characters who are famous in said genre. She is brilliant! It‘s like when Stephen King in Mr. Mercedes references Christine. I love this so much...
Not sure what to do with this book. Brilliantly written and wonderful storytelling but it seemed empty and hopeless. But at least I have some bragging rights...”why yes, I have read (or rather listened to) On the Road by Jack Kerouac,
I am having a hard time reading this one...but since it is so short I‘m going to go ahead a muscle my way through it.
Finished The Genius Plague (4 stars - a very good book. It took we a while to finish this one. Not because of the book but because of the craziness of my life right now.). And now on to the next one...The Pleasure Of My Company.
Currently reading and sitting on my back porch...
Read the first book of these series IQ...liked it but still no substitute for Sherlock Holmes. Joe Ide is an amazing writer and storyteller. The books are well worth the read...
Library book haul...two books for a dollar. And right in front of all my Jeffery Deaver books.
Currently Reading...taking the summer to read some classics. Shelley, Hemingway, Fitzgerald, Twain, Bronte, Melville, Austin, Stevenson...
Currently Reading...along with Annihilation and Altered Carbon and listening to the Seraph Seal when I am driving around. Any one else read/listen to multiple books at the same time?
Second time reading this one. Well, technically I am listening to it this time around. I am a huge fan of Vincent Van Gogh...and Christopher Moore.
Was at the Big House today to watch the Buckeyes beat TTUN!! 31-20 OSU!
Rereading this amazing book. I can‘t wait for the movie...
A really good book...not Deaver‘s best but still intriguing and a good read. Overall, I think he was trying to do too much in the book and cover too many plots and subplots; maybe pushing to hard for the next book. However I give it a good 4 stars. Worth the time to read.
"I imagine one of the reasons people cling to their hates so stubbornly is because they sense, once hate is gone, they will be forced to deal with pain."
One of my favorite quotes: "Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent."
Beautifully written and drawn. The pictures are stunning and enhances the story in words. What a neat read.
It was a good book...3 stars. But not as good as his other ones. I like the idea that there is more to our reality then we know or perceive.
I loved this book...have read it several times and love it every time.
Rob Bell challenges us to think about and read the Bible in a different way. Brilliant and fascinating. Well worth the read.
Not as good as Gil's All Fright Diner...but still a pretty good read.
I love Greg Garrett's books and this one was no different. A scholarly look at why the zombie apocalypse is so popular and so deep in our collective psyche. Fascinating look into what makes these stories tick.
