Hard to put this book down, but after Rothfuss the world building felt shallow and the book felt like it was racing without time to let things build.

Expanding on the world built out in the first book. I loved the strong warrior women as much as I was not impressed by the female goddess.

Excellent world-building, but the author seems to think that “mysterious” is sufficient as a personality trait for the female characters.
