RaimeyGallant I think she was taken out of context, though. There's more to her argument, something about keeping items you really value. Also, there's a counter argument on Twitter about the difference between Japanese and western cultures when it comes to what we keep. Anyway, all this to say I think everyone should have as many books as they want, and I think Kondo deserves a little understanding. 5y

During my epic quest to find the perfect app to catalog my library, I found this wonderful community of fellow proud book nerds. What better way to say hello than to show off the picture I took today. (Yes my tree is up still, don‘t judge! We did Christmas late this year due to a family emergency).
That‘s my gorgeous daughter enjoying the surprise of waking up to a “book tree” this morning. Even our cat Coraline joined in. Book outlet for the win
