Here's my new favorite scene from Book 2:

“Now let's talk about all the posing and shouting?”
“That‘s not how you do it?” I blushed.
“Not even close. That was some freaky, Fae-level, wild magic. We teach magic systems for a reason. A spell needs boundaries. Yours clearly had none.”

Got the proof copy of my book, almost ready to publish it. It‘s a YA urban fantasy set in Seattle. Now I‘ve got to figure out how to add it to Litsy.

Just finished listening to the well of ascension. Awesome book.
