And just like that I'm done and will need to get back to being patient for the next one to be released 🙄 I know some people are against the Robin & Strike romantic drama, but I really can't wait to see where things go...

Non-fiction on audio is my jam. Now I need to know more. Does an updated documentary on this exist?

keys_on_fire I have found that following fiction in audiobooks is too difficult for me. Probably because I‘m usually listening while in the car! Nonfiction/biographies are so much easier! 6y

This was an impulse Kindle purchase for a couple of bucks... It quickly turned into the fastest 500 pages I've read in awhile! I'm assuming there is more from this author I need to investigate...

This may have to be my last unsuccessful attempt to relive my experience with The Secret History. I probably need to accept that it's not going to happen and settle for a re-read soon!

Colleen Hoover is my go to when I need something I know I can get sucked into and finish in a day or two. I think Maybe Someday will always be my favorite, but I flew through this one anyway. Serious instalove, but I can get past that!

This one started off strong, but by the end I kinda didn't care what was happening 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

KateFulfordAuthor If you need another recommendation, may I point you to my People‘s Book Prize nominated debut? Sassy female narrative, laugh out dialogue and a pacy plot. Check the link in the bio for 2 free chapters, reviews and more. 7y

I loved the parts about Leslie's own addiction and recovery, but be warned there is A LOT of content around other authors and their addictions. It often felt like talking just for the sake of talking...a little all over the place.

I'm always chasing the next The Secret History. This wasn't that same level of magic for me, yet definitely still worth a read if you like novels centered around a group of college friends.
