I can't get over how much this series has sucked me in. From the moment I started the first book, I have wanted more. The further I get into the books the more I wonder. How is the story going to end.

Seriously who owns a creepy glass house in the middle of the woods?!?! From the moment I learned this information, I knew someone was going to die.
Overall I enjoyed the book. The only part I wasn't sold on was James and Nora's past. The author made it seem like they committed murder and got away with it. I wanted there to be more to their story and bigger reason for all the secrets.
Definitely a book I would recommend to a friend.

DeeLew I literally just finished this one and I agree, I really thought it was going to be like a “I know what you did last summer (or 10 years ago anyway)” type of thing. Like they had accidentally killed someone. I was also amazed that no one saw through Clare‘s nonsense?! Overall, I loved it though. I couldn‘t put it down and almost got in trouble at work for sneak reading. 🤣 5y
cassandra-levens Right?!?! How is it that Clare managed to remember exactly how she acted around everyone. All that deception and you would think that more than just Nora would of been suspicious. 5y

I was skeptical when I first started this book. It didn't catch my attention when I first started. It wasn't until the middle of the book that I really got interested. However I feel I know how this story is going to unfold and I am a little disappointed. Not sure if I will continue with the series.

Talk about jumping back in time. This book was like going back to high school. I really enjoyed the pace of this book, always moving forward but making you wonder. I wasn't sure at first how this book was going to end. I was happy with the way she ended it because it made me want to read the next book.

If you want a book about rich people complaining about being rich, this is your book. It took me forever to complete this book. I felt the whole book was just rich people complaining about being rich. It was intolerable.
On a side note, I enjoyed the movie. 😂

This book didn't really catch my attention, I was able to finish it but it took time. I liked the idea of the book but as the book progressed I felt it began to drag.

I watched the movie first and was expecting something completely different from the book. I was pleasantly surprised that the book was different than the movie.
I enjoyed the fact that the book went into detail and really explained what happened. Knowing the background and understanding the characters positions really put into perspective how the book played out. The growth and pace of the book was enjoyable and kept me captivated.

Heartless. Talk about a journey. This book was filled with creatures and magic that brought your imagination to life. Not to mention the romance. Who doesn't want to fall for the boy they can have? The many different twists and turns keeps you hoping for a happy ending.

A cute, light and heartfelt book. It was a quick read and the story line kept you engaged. I enjoy the characters and was happy everything worked out in the end.
I can say I don't really remember everything that happened in the book, so it was good but didn't really stay with me.

Kaye How‘s come we don‘t have any neighbors that look like this ? 🤔 6y

Bird Box by: Josh Malerman
I enjoyed this book until the end. I didn't like the ending but I think that's because I wanted a more dramatic ending. The book was great! It had you on your toes wondering what was going to happen next. I still want to know what those things were and where they came from.

Kaye I really liked this too, but also thought the ending was sorta like getting a hole in your balloon and it deflates by the end. Although I‘ve often wondered how else it could‘ve ended that would‘ve been “ better” and can‘t really think of an ending if I could change it myself. 6y
cassandra-levens I agree. I almost feel that the end would of been acceptable, if I knew there was going to be a second book. 6y
cassandra-levens @Kaye it is getting a sequel! It is called Malorie and is coming out October 1, 2019 6y
Kaye Yep, it‘s already on reserve ! Thanks for the heads up. 👍🏼 6y

I enjoyed this book much more than the other books before it. The main character didn't seem as whiny and childish as she did before. I enjoyed the twists and turns and wasn't expecting things to turn out the way they did.

I'm so thankful I get to listen to audiobooks at work. I wouldn't get to nearly as many books as I would want to. Although I enjoy reading books as well, I am not a super fast reader. Have the ability to listen to a book has made my days at work go by fast. Most days I don't want the work day to end so I can finish a book.

My current audiobooks. Starting wuthering heights tomorrow😁

This book had me all over the place. I still can't believe what Gideon did for Eva. I still can't figure out what else Gideon is hiding. Sometimes I feel this is going to blow up in Eva's face and she is going to end up in a mental institution. With that said I really enjoyed the book, there are just so many questions.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. From the romance to the witty humor. It kept me wanting more and kept a smile on my face. The female lead was a strong and intelligent woman, she made the book.

This book kept me guessing. At one point I though this was all going on in her head. I enjoyed all the twist and turns. I however didn't care to much about the ending. Was hoping for something more exciting.
