Another great Flavia. I can understand why some would think it wasn‘t as well done as previous but I think we‘re seeing Flavia transitioning from child to woman. Thoroughly satisfied and enjoyed the story.

Didn‘t really pay attention. Mind wandered quite a bit as it does with audio. Still able to follow the plot.

A swirling mix of good vs evil; second chances, alternate realties, and familial love. With a healthy dose of horror. I had to put it aside a few times to let the story sink in and I‘m glad I did. It was a fantastic novel.
