Did you know that August is National Dog Month? My library display.
He would like to speak to the manager about the following issues: not enough petting, has been a full two hours since his last meal, cannot reach the treat jar on his own.

pickA beautiful tale about living in the Far North. About traditions and how they changed. About finding your place in this world. Beautifully told, I really felt like I was sitting on that sledge, dogs running in front of me. A book not only for younger readers, but interested grown-ups as well
