My second recipe this week out of this cookbook that I have had since it came out, but hadn't cooked from.😬(The first was the Sweet-Spiced Roasted Nuts recipe that I posted a few days ago.) This is the vegan Persian Lentil Stew (Adassi) & it's very good.
