Giving this a whirl before work today. I know the reviews are suspect, but so far I am engaged. Not a bad way to start my long Tuesday.

My first three reads of 2020! Island Book really was a fun read for younger age levels - a great graphic novel adventure! Captain Marvel threw you right into an adventure but it was fun and seeing all the movies helped a bit. The Forgotten Book was a great YA read about magic and libraries and some romance too.

Time for couch snuggles and a new book to start the new year! Hopefully this one is as good as it looks! #dogsoflitsy #24b42020

My BN #bookhaul 😝 I went for these three. One of the booksellers told me that a lot of the books sold out and i was there at 8pm! Of course i had to get these Pops! I needed the Jack for my Rose and im trying to get all the Queen members!

Decided to extend my stay in Germany 🇩🇪
The Forgotten Book is just what I wanted to read! Emma goes to school in an old castle and wants to start a literature society with her friends. But when she finds an old book in the unused library and Darcy de Winter comes to stay in the room next door, strange things start happening and the school year becomes much more interesting.

I love books that make me think interacting with books are gonna change my life. Glaser has so far done this quite well, in my opinion. I like her world building and characters. Always gets me pumped about exploring books!

Fun premise and setting, but the story felt rushed at times. 3 /5 🌟
