I really have enjoyed listening to this book. Loved hearing about how women coped with finding out trump had won the presidency. Hearing stories of how they found strength and listening to practical advise on activism for all women.

Just started this today taking a break from my #newyearwhodis reads.
Has anyone read it?
What do you think it?
I'm loving learning about the people leading the matches and the organizers. I'm also loving learning about all the causes and ways I can be involved.

I took another jaunt today – after seven straight days of working – and although it's still in the 30s, it was sunny. This time I ventured to Lititz, PA, to discover Aaron's Books. Cute little bookstore in a cute little town, a nice mixture of new and old with a St. Patrick's Day storytime going on and Irish music filling the air. This book was a little too enticing to pass....it was the title that called my name the loudest today! #Indiebookstore

2017 ....I haven't protested and been part of a resistance to this degree ever...The late 1980s early 90s comes close. No wonder I'm exhausted ...may PEACE return swiftly and if not may I have the strength to fight for and keep safe all my kids ( the hundreds I see weekly) as long as necessary...#PEACE #RESIST #LOVEWINS

This book comes out in February. It‘s a great, short read with inspirations from within the women‘s movement pulling from people like Alicia Garza (Black Lives Matter) & Elizabeth Warren (US Senator, MA, D). A great resource for women who are active or want to be active, no matter how busy they are. #feminism #activism
