IndoorDame @julesG mine are only 7 months old, so I haven‘t actually encountered Cassandra loosing a winter undercoat yet, but she‘s a domestic medium hair so I‘m guessing those months will be intense in that regard 😳 1y

julesG Maybe brush her regularly, so she's used to it. Wish that had been an option with Shadow. He was very feral when I rescued him 5 years ago. Wouldn't allow anyone to touch him. He's better now in general, but brushing still seems to be torture on most days. 1y

IndoorDame @julesG that‘s such a good plan. Thank you! I‘m so sporadic about it, but she does tolerate brushing so I really ought to be better! 1y

Clwojick @Asthecroweflies I made a post about it a while ago, but when I found him he was sleeping in recycling bins to stay out of the rain and snow. So it was originally Oscar from Sesame Street... but I don't really know much about that show, so when I finally caught him and brought him home I would sing him the Oscar Meyer wiener song to calm him down, and to familiarize him to my voice and his name.... and the Meyer just kind of stuck. ❤️ 6y

@TaylorMay Suffered the loss of a beloved cat on Christmas Day, and has asked us to share a picture of our reading buddies with her. I‘m so sorry for your loss. Let‘s show her some Litsy love! ❤️ This is my biggest cuddler. His name is Colby and he‘s a cockapoo, but he likes to curl up in my lap like a cat. The top picture is from a couple days ago and he‘s playing with a toy sent by another #DogsOfLitsy regular; @kylienoele ‘s dog, Daisy. ❤️
