An early Christmas present from my little sis! 🥰 (Also, how cute is this gnome!!!)

@GypsyKat gave this to me last year, and I really don‘t know what‘s taken me so long to get to it!! Could it have been the pandemic? Unemployment? Clinical, Covid, or seasonal depression? The election? The dumpster fire of a year that 2020 has been? Who knows! I‘m a few chapters in and I already know this will be one of my faves of the year!

I‘m baaaaackkkkk.... with my 100th book of 2020! I‘ve been gone from Litsy for a while but hoping to remedy that now!
I fully had to take a nap for 3 hours after finishing this book. It was so! good! and now I just don‘t know what to do with myself. At all. This book deserves all of the stars available⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was awesome! It took me a while to get through it due to reoccurring illnesses, but I made it! The ending was so fast paced that I truly couldn‘t put it down.

Today was a major retail therapy kind of day 🤷🏼‍♀️ I spent my store credit from 2nd & Charles on new (to me) Stephen King books!! My boyfriend also treated me to bath goodies from LUSH and I‘m feeling so happy 😭

Started this one yesterday after finishing Gerald‘s Game! I‘m not too far in yet, but it‘s NASTY. Not going to lie y‘all, I‘d rather be chained to a bed than be the captive of Annie 😅

This was excellent. I loved Jessie‘s character development! The one scene (if you know, you know) was a bit physically painful to read and made my hand itch 😱

LOVED THIS. It was more of a fantasy than a horror, but I enjoyed it all the same. I will get to the next book (The Black House) sometime this year, but probably not until after October. I‘m in the mood for spooky books!
After reading this, I do think I will give The Dark Tower series another go sometime soon.

I started this last weekend and it has taken me a little bit to really get into it, but I‘m enjoying it now!
Daisy and I are watching the wind and rain from Dorian. I hope any Littens in the path of the hurricane are doing okay and staying safe!

Started this on Thursday and I am now halfway through! This is shaping up to be my favorite King book 👀

I‘ve read various stories from this, but never the whole thing at once. I‘m so excited to get to it! 👽🚀🛸

I really wanted to love this, but the style of writing fell flat for me. I enjoyed the story, but didn‘t care for the way it led up to certain events, skipped said events, then moved past the event with very little detail. I think eventually I‘ll pick up the rest of this trilogy, but now is not the time for me.

Fellow #WheelOfTime fans, what are your thoughts on this casting? I personally LOVE it and am so glad they didn‘t white-wash the cast. I‘m pumped!!!

I‘ve had the Mage Wars trilogy on my shelves (kind of, they were actually in storage until I moved🙈) for a while now, so I thought it was time to start them. I‘m a few chapters in to this first novel & can‘t decide how I like it yet 🤷🏼‍♀️ Going to push through a few more chapters to see how it goes. Not going to lie, I am a sucker for these good/bad fantasy covers, which is part of the reason I bought this trilogy 😂

I had to wait to finish this until I read Elantris, but it was incredible. So many awesome worlds in the Cosmere Series!! Now I join the wait for more Cosmere books.

This was amazing. I wouldn‘t say it‘s better than the original series, but it‘s definitely just as good! I thought the next book was already out so I read through this quickly, (and finished it in the bath!) However I have to (im)patiently wait until May 7th for book 2 in The Last King of Osten Ard series!

I finished this and then promptly started Witchwood Crown and completely forgot to post about it 🤦🏼‍♀️ I liked this a lot! It was great to see one of my favorite characters again and I liked hearing more about the Norns and their culture.
