pickBook 15 in Daniel Silva‘s Gabriel Allon series was another hit. There are a lot of references to events in previous books, so it‘s probably best to start the series from the beginning. This installment was packed with action and intrigue. I‘m glad we still have Shamron, even though he plays a brief role here, and it‘s always great to see old friends, like Julian Isherwood. I love this series. Silva is a master of his craft.

pickSilva is one of the best espionage writers out there. I somehow let myself get behind on the series, but on the plus side, now I get to binge read a few.
bailedDarn it. I just can't get into this. I can't do another 5+ hours of listening. It's too uber-masculine and I'm having trouble following all the characters. Might have been better as a paper read.
pickFast and entertaining! Great spy book. It does help if you are familiar with the Allon backstory but not crucial.
Starting this book now - can't put it down! Let's see if it stays this good!
