In this book we got to know about the past of Embry and Ash. That was nice.
This was a bit too dramatic to my taste. I was a bit disappointed, I loved the first book.
This was a good book but not great.

Imagine her world brought to life by the narration! Her voice is so relatable and deep, and you can really feel her in that impetus. And when “American Prince“ Maxen Colchester comes into the picture, you will feel the electricity all the way through those headphones.....

July wrapup. 3 really good books..all 4 ⭐️ ratings!
This year has been really rough for me and my reading is suffering, so I‘ve been putting aside books left, right and center if they‘re not immediately grabbing my attention because its been taking A LOT to grab my attention lately. I‘m at that point where I could use some help…
What books have you been reading lately that I just HAVE to read??
Totally forgot how kind blowing the first two books of this series were. Now I need more of Embry‘s story. I need to know what happens to the trip. They are so intertwined
April Book 7/25 #LitsyLove #bookspinbingo
Book 2 in the series. Super steamy. Interesting take on the Camelot myth. I liked the back story we got with this one between Ash and Embrey. Helped to knit together that part of the story. This one is super steamy, y‘all so be aware if that isn‘t your cuppa #wintergames2021 #mistletoemaniacs #wintercosy @Clwojick @PuddleJumper
Its seems like every chapter had something to pop out and slap me in the face that I was not expecting. I don't know if I have the patience for the next one. Embry, Ash and Greer's triangle has so many loops and curves. I want them so much to be together...not so sure now.
Book 2 of King Arthur retelling with references to Achilles & Patroclus and The Little Prince. This was set in a mostly accurate world with a fictional enemy. She took liberties with the order of Presidential succession which I didn‘t care for simply because it didn‘t mesh with the rest of the world building and felt lazy. High level of angst and drama. 👑👑👑👑 #romantsy
The rain finally stopped, so I was able to take Peri on a walk after work. While walking, I listened to the first 2 episodes of American Squire by Sierra Simone on the Read Me Romance podcast. Simone always writes brilliant characters, so I'm very much enjoying this audiobook. #audiowalking #romantsy
Well-written, spicy romance. Soooo impressed by Sierra Simone‘s ability to write emotional conflict. #sierrasimone #contemporaryromance #spicy #menage
