After accidentally retuning it to the library before I was finished, my re-hold finally came in and I was able to finish the Hathaways series. I enjoyed Poppy & Harry‘s story. This one and Leo‘s story are my faves of the 5-book series.

Having already completely fallen for Cam and Merripen, I wonder how Harry Rutledge can possibly measure up....its promising so far but can't wait to find out what else is in store for Poppy! I adore what Lisa Kleypas has created in the Hathaways! 😍

I can't stop reading these Hathaway books, what is happeniiiiing to me??? I freaking bought this so I wouldn't have to wait for an Overdrive loan.

Here is my #24in48 stack. I'm already reading Alias Grace. For audio, I'm in the middle of Career of Evil. I'm also debating on some Kindle options, so basically this is my possible TBR for the weekend. 🤓#readathon

Enjoyed an afternoon tea yesterday at Garfunkel's in the East Village. It reminded me of my all time favorite LK novel, Tempt me at Twilight, so I started re-reading it this morning. Yep, just needed an excuse :)
LK's historical romance books and series are a lot of fun. Gorgeous prose with a sensuality that I have not encountered in any other book.

I really loved this book that was essentially about marriage and how sometimes two people have to work really hard to grow together and love each other as they are. I like how Kleypas' HEAs don't end with an engagement or the pretty wedding but she shows how marriage is often a huge adjustment.

I can't go to bed until the dryer is done with my blankets, so I might as well start this! I think we might be buying a new dryer soon as I've had to run quite a few things through twice... all I want is some warm, dry blankets so I can go to sleep!

This book is wonderful! Funny and sweet. It has one of the most unapologetic heroes I've ever read. He won't feel regret for making sure he gets his way. Too bad he falls in love with a woman who refuses to let him get away with his bad behaviour. #romantsy #osrbc
