I finished this book today. It tugged at my heartstrings. I am a mom of five and two of my kids suffer from depression. Some days the struggle is very real for me to be patient and understanding. Adam‘s story is very relatable. I‘m very fortunate that our story hasn‘t ended in tragedy. #depression #mentalillness #suicide #suicideprevention.
