I thought this was a pretty good book. I usually enjoy this author and her writing. She always has a good twist and interesting characters. I felt like the ending was satisfying and the book kept me interested!

Recommends-day! So this was not what I expected and the story behind everything sort of blew me away. It did start off a bit slow, but I recommend pushing through as it‘s worth it!

This story started off slow, which is why is took so long to finish, but this psychological thriller won me over in the end. Veronica has lost her husband and now her baby has gone missing and she's taking it into her own hands to get her back. The story is at times intense and at times somber and deals with loss and motherhood. I found a few things to be unlikely, but overall it was a good read.

Doing a little bit of reading before heading out to work. I did not get nearly as much reading done as I was hoping to do over the weekend. Currently reading The Waiting Room by Emily Bleeker, which I received via Goodreads, but I believe it's available on KU as well.
