I know it‘s been awhile since I posted on here but life got in the way and we been in and out of court dealing with stuff to finalize C‘s adoption which hopefully by the end of the year it will be done. But here is a picture from last weekend of C and Cassian at the beach. Btw C is 9 almost 10 and Cassian is 4 almost 5.

Reading by Lake Michigan is a good day.

The last couple days have been nice. I love being by the ocean. My messed up knee has kept me from playing on the beach, although the fabulous @cobwebmoth did help me limp down to get my feet wet once. Crutches and sand don't mix. Reading on the balcony has been enjoyable. You can't ask for better background noise than the ocean. I've finished a bunch of graphic novels, and an audio book. I'll spam you all with the reviews shortly. ☺

No reading yet this weekend because I'm at the beach with family, including my favorite 4 year old (my niece). It was chilly but we managed to spend an hour or so at the water. This one didn't care that it was freezing water still! She's a beach baby. 💗💗💗
