My #24in48 wrap up—I finished one book that I had previously started and read five more (most were shorter books). I also listened to a couple hours on an audiobook. I chose not to time myself because with younger kids, it‘s just too much starting and stopping. I definitely accomplished way more reading than I expected to though!
pickI‘m not sure how much reading I‘ll get done for #24in48, but I was able to finish my current book this AM. The story of MLK‘s last 31 hours of life, this was much wider in scope than I imagined. With a lot of of background on MLK‘s ideologies and causes dear to him, there‘s also a lot of info on the Poor People‘s campaign he was working on and how it led him to be in Memphis in the first place. This was my #diversenf pick for #booked2018.
