pickHighly recommend Gaz‘s #Vegan Christmas , I have been meaning to make his ‘ no beef ‘ brisket for a very long time and today was the day!! It‘s a bit of a faff but I quite like being in the kitchen . A tad salty so maybe less salt next time. This was a hit and the homemade gravy that went with it 🤤 AMAZING 🤩
