Finished off #readathon early this morning with a little audio. My final stats: 737 pages, 11 hr 30 min. It was a blast - can‘t wait to do it again! This was my 17th #DeweysReadathon #deweymemories #deweys #deweyapril

So this was written a bit differently to the other Hamish Macbeth murder mysteries but i found i enjoyed the style better!
I liked the fact the murder was committed in the first chapter as an opening to the story instead of halfway through like the other books in this series, and i found the story line very gripping but easy to read!
This one is definitely a 5/5 from me!
Time to start book 26 (!) of the Hamish MacBeth Series. Always good to visit Hamish and Lochdubh even if this usually means murder! Wonder how his relationship with women (or not) is going!
It's been a while since I've read a book in the Hamish Macbeth series. But I started Death of a Chimney Sweep today and remembered just how hard these books are to put down! This collage represents a few of the cozy mystery series that I seem to return to again and again. Love them all! #couldntputitdown #somethingforsept #septphotochallenge #day26
